movie game

Just for fun:
1) Who is this actor? (easy)
2) What is the name of this movie? (pretty easy)
3) And for Bonus points: Who is 'Garcia' and name the actor who played him. (hard)

No fair looking this up! If you don't know it, that's okay....because this 'movie game' is here only because I don't have anything else ready to post....(lol).

The answers will be forthcoming in my next post....!

And here is something for you to enjoy.....

And then this...... And, then this, as well........

And last but not least, another view of these beauty's.....Oh, how I love flowers, and I know all of you do too.....

More To Come......

Ahhhh, pretty. As for the movie, I knew the title and the actor in the picture, and I remember who Garcia is in the movie, but I don't remember the actor's name. *sigh* (If you get this message three times, it's because Blogger wouldn't take it. It said I didn't exist as Vancouver Calling and I signed in under my other blog name to see if it would go that way.)

I'm having a senior moment and can't remember his name, but he is drop-dead gorgeous, and would be my pick to play Alex Cross in a film of any of James Patterson's books.

I love the cabbages/kale mixed in with the flowers. The center looks like a rose with green polka-dots!

Denzel Washington, but not sure about the rest. They have been playing the "Manchurian Candidate" this past weekend.

These roses are so unique. Are they really a pastel peach pink with those little dots of green on the edge of the petals? How unusual!!

My head is full of other things at the moment as I am still in the throes of getting my study done, so I cna't think! My mind has gone to jelly so although I know who that is and the film, I can't think of the answer! LOL!

I love those flowers though. Beautiful! Gorgeous pics as ever!

The actor is Denzel Washington. Though I cant seem to pick out which movie since he played alot of detective roles. Though my hunch is either Deja vu or Manchurian Candidate.

Btw, beautiful flowers!

Well, it's Denzel Washington & his name is Garcia, but I have no idea what movie it is. I'm not a movie buff at all.

This is a good idea :)

CORRECTION...I suspect without looking it up that my memory may have been in error...I think Garcia was actually a Washington, DC, not Chicago newspaper reporter.

Is that really kale cabbage and not roses? The ones with the green dots. That would explain why I've never seen roses with green dots.

And now I have to go back and look for the pine cones. Missed those too. Reminds me of when I first got glasses. My eyesight went to pot over the summer of my sixth grade year.. when they gave us the beginning of the year eye exam, I couldn't see the big E at the top. Mom had a planter next to the organ with a greenery arrangement.. you remember those awful ones made of plastic? That first day with glasses I walked in and was amazed... it had plastic grape clusters mixed in... I had never distinguished them from the leaves.

Anyway... Happy First Day Of Spring.

Hallo Naomi. Regarding to your question about permalinks.

A permalink is a URL that points to a specific blogging entry even after the entry has passed from the front page into the blog archives. Wordpress’ default permalink is not a pretty one and usually written something like this ?p=95 which doesnt make any sense and also not friendly to search engines. Blogger on the other hand have a pretty permalink which shows the title or the date.

Your flowers are just divine. I did a little slide show with all my lovely plants and flowers that were sent to me after my surgery:-).

That would be Our Denzel [dribble] possibly one of the best looking men in Hollywood.

Don't know the film though - is it Deja Vu? Fab follow up to Man on Fire......excellent [dream]

Thank you for your amazing generous sponsorship, honey :-)

So what is the answer to the movie question? It must be Pelican Brief. That Garcia rings a very low and very distant bell in my head.

Naomi - aa it is my second visit I scrolled down and Wow! My ambition has always been to write a play and see it performed by first rate actors. I have written a few one acters but never realised the second part. And now it's too late but I so admire you and salute you. Bravo!
